Brian Walker is the force behind the Philadelphia-based acoustic project A Day Without Love.

To Pimp a Butterfly - Kendrick Lamar (2015)

A true instrumental mix of pop, funk, jazz and hip hop which describes the struggle and hopes of America from Kendrick Lamar's point of view.

Tourist History - Two Door Cinema Club (2010)

In my opinion the catchiest guitar riffs in the past decade which deserves many accolades.

Choose Your Weapon - Hiatus Kaiyote (2015)

Probably the grooviest neo soul album of the decade especially given a lot of neo soul is derivative and sounds saturated this one stands alone and is here to stay.

Channel Orange - Frank Ocean (2012)

It took four years until people got tired of this album. In an era of instant gratification that says a lot.

Junior - Kaki King (2010)

Step aside math and ambient rock - Kaki King rules all. This record is a story about betrayal, friendship and loyalty. Sometimes when I listen to it I feel like I'm delving into a Tarantino film with each song putting me at the edge of my seat.
